Lavandaria Vila Sintra is a small self-service laundry on Largo Afonso de Albuquerque, in the centre of Sintra. Travellers walk down from their hotels with a week of clothes; locals come by on their way home.
What the reviews repeat, in eight languages, is not the machines. It is the morning attendant who moved a load into the dryer and folded it, the bag waiting neatly for someone who came back later, the evening they stayed open so a family could finish.

This laundry was very close to our hotel, we are travelling for a long period and need to wash our clothes regularly. This laundry was very clean. The washing machines also add detergent automatically. There is also free WiFi here. A hassle free washing experience.

O espaço é muito limpo, organizado e fácil de usar, mesmo para quem não tem muita experiência em lavandarias self service. As máquinas são eficientes e a roupa sai sempre impecável.
